-Extensive knowledge of both self-funded and fully funded insurance programs                   

Michael and his team are responsible for business development, focusing on both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Clients include healthcare, financial, education, real estate, and entertainment industries. 

Michael and his team provide superior client service and proven ability to deliver expected results on time and under budget.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Marketing.

Michael started his career with New York Life. Prior to founding NGB, Michael held key executive positions with Crystal & Company, Brown & Brown and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. for over 23 years.

Michael has served on the Council and Advisory Boards for many of South Florida’s premier insurance companies.

Additionally, Michael and his family have resided in Boca Raton, FL for the past 30 years and are active in business, civic and charitable organizations.
